I’ve bought this product before , and this one just felt a little different from what I’m used to . The packaging also looked slightly off , so it made me question whether it was the real thing . I probably wouldn’t order it again .

Was expecting a bit more variety, honestly. Product range felt limited, and couldn’t find half the things I was looking for. Kind of disappointing

I really liked the scent, but the texture was just way too thick for me. It felt kind of heavy and hard to use. Also, when I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to a bit, which didn’t make the experience any better.

I ordered from Lissom Beauty and the parcel arrived pretty much when they said it would. The tracking updated properly the whole way, and everything turned up in good condition with nothing damaged. It was maybe a day later than I was hoping for, but not a big deal. I’m usually a bit careful about spending on beauty products, so I was glad the delivery was straightforward and didn’t feel like a waste of money. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience.

I signed up for the loyalty rewards because I figured it would be a fair way to save a little if I’m already shopping there. though, it’s been underwhelming. The points didn’t seem to build up the way I expected, and the rewards available weren’t really that useful to me.
When I tried to use them at checkout, the process was more confusing than it needed to be, and the discount ended up being barely noticeable. I don’t expect something huge for free, but if a program is advertised as a benefit, it should feel like one. For me, it just didn’t seem worth the time, so I probably wouldn’t bother with it again.
